The Continuous Learning page contains activities and resources for you to use during the school closures.
The Quincy School District remains dedicated to ensuring educational excellence for every student. We understand that having students learn from home can be extremely challenging as you juggle your responsibilities at work and as a parent and our teachers are committed to finding ways to teach your child without overwhelming them or your family.
There is no wrong way to encourage learning. Do your best, seek out resources when needed, and give yourself and your children time to learn how to learn at home.

GRADING
Quincy School District Students, Families, and Staff,
Our School Board met to determine a secondary grading policy on May 7th. Equity was at the center of the discussion. The Board recognized that there is no ideal solution to grading at this time. The Board also recognized that many of our families do not have equitable supports during the school closure to raise their grades or engage in meaningful new learning. Even during the COVID-19 crisis, our district believes that everyone will do their very best given their unique situation. Families, please support your students to engage in the learning opportunities that teachers and staff are providing. In order to receive a grade, students need to engage in learning to the best of their ability through June 19th.
Quincy School District COVID-19 Grading Update, May 2020
