High Tech High Students Help the Community
In conjunction with a grant proposed by the city to secure funding to help with construction costs of the new city library, additional data was needed from families outside of the city limits. A week or two before the grant was due it was discovered that a glitch somewhere prevented surveys from being mailed out. While at a planning meeting Mrs. Bryant offered to stop at HTH and see if she could get a Spanish speaking student to assist her in surveying another 10-15 families. Socorro Ceballos, Veronica Estrada, and Corina Alvarez all volunteered to lend support.
