In an effort to further ensure student safety the Quincy School District has implemented a volunteer application form policy. In order to volunteer for any school activity a volunteer application form must be completed. Once the application form has been turned in to the office, a Washington State Patrol background check will be conducted by our school resource officer, Gus Winter.
The background check is completely confidential and used solely for the purpose of clearing individuals to participate in school functions as a volunteer. The volunteer application form is good for two years once cleared. Volunteer applications can be found on the Pioneer Elementary website under “school resources” or you can pick one up in the office.
